Notice - Anti Money Laundering Regulations Rootstock is currently exempt from having to comply with the Anti Money Laundering Regulations because the society is registered under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act (1965). However, the management committee of Rootstock has decided to follow best practice and apply the regulations. This means that we will now verify the identity of anyone wishing to invest in Rootstock. f you are making a single investment of under £5,000 then a cheque drawn on an account in your name held with a British bank will be sufficient evidence of your identity. If you are making a larger investment, or several smaller investments, then we will ask to see one document to confirm your identity and one document to confirm your home address.
